Ten stars!!! I am so extremely impressed with this restaurant and the entire team at the Oaklake location in Charlotte! My family has been raving about the food for some time now so we decided to drive down from Greenville to give it a try in celebration of some family birthdays! I'm so happy that we did! It was a busy Sunday and there was definitely a line wrapped, but the building (including the bathroom) was exceptionally clean. Although the line was long and my family was a pretty large group on its own, the staff was super patient and kind! They worked efficiently to make sure we had everything we needed. They went out of their way to accommodate us! And the food was AMAZING!!! Flavorful. Fresh. Great portions and it didn't break the bank! From the moment we got in line to order until we left, everyone was so pleasant and working so diligently! I could literally go on and on! Good food is hard to find these days and good customer service is rare! But NaNa Morrisons, y'all are well on your way! Thank you so much again for serving our family with such professionalism. You made our drive well worth it and we will certainly be back!!!

I love this soul food and they have some really good choices ,they have great desserts too but it's amazing to be greeted by April she is so sweet and kind always a smile and very patient.

The food and customer service provided by the location off Tyvola is second to none. I would highly recommend this restaurant over all of them, especially when it comes to catering. The food was seasoned perfectly and the never disappoint, thank you to the Tyvola Nana's Team, you are appreciated.

The chicken was seasoned perfectly and cooked tender with a flavorful, juicy taste in every bite. The macaroni was creamy, cheesy, and comforting, while the rice balanced the meal perfectly with its soft texture and savory flavor. Everything together made for a delicious homemade meal that was both filling and satisfying. Definitely a plate I would eat again!

I ordered the smothered pork chop, with fried chicken, yams and cabbage!!! Everything was good and Hot and delicious. I'm a long time fan of this restaurant!!! The cashier, April, has EXEMPLARY CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS AND A BEAUTIFUL SMILE!!! Please let her know how much she's appreciated!!
